We had the honor of taking part in a truly special cultural event: the opening of Marlen Dumas: Cycladic Blues at the Museum of Cycladic Art.

Inspired by the emotional depth, intensity, and expressiveness of Marlen Dumas’ work, we curated a vegan-forward buffet where simplicity met artistry. Our approach focused on:

• Freshness
• Artistic attention to every detail

Each dish became a silent dialogue with the artworks – an attempt to translate the emotional power of the human gaze, the color blue, and the figure into taste, texture, and presentation.
